In each Express Entry Draw, a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score is fixed and that CRS score determines whether a candidate is eligible or not eligible. So, first, you need to qualify the Express Entry Draw. This Comprehensive ranking system score (CRS) is cut off points for candidates to qualify express entry. So a candidate is considered as qualified if his or her Comprehensive ranking system score (CRS) is more than or equal to minimum Comprehensive ranking system score (CRS) that has been fixed by the Immigration, Refugees and citizenship Canada (IRCC) in that express entry draw. A candidate is considered to be not qualified if the candidates Comprehensive ranking system (CRS) score is less than the minimum Comprehensive ranking system (CRS) score.
