• Saskatchewan government also demands the proof of settlement funds and a settlement plan from an individual to ensure whether he/she is able to support himself/herself in Canada.

How to apply for the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) 2020?

• Create an online account.
• Complete the different sections, provided on the form.
• Once you completed the essentials, then scan and upload all the completed forms and other supporting documents in PDF format onto your online application. (Note: Keep the originals for your use in the future.)
• Save and submit your application online and wait for further proceedings.

Processing steps for Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) 2020:

Once the SINP receives the complete online applications, it will provide a receipt letter to candidates

Next, it will assess applications against the eligibility criteria and in case of any missing or incomplete documents or information; it will contact the candidate regarding the same

If the candidate meets the eligibility standards, it will nominate the candidates to the federal government for permanent residency status.

Nominated candidates will have 30 days to accept the SINP nomination in the Express Entry system.

On accepting the nominations, candidates have 60 days to submit this application

On meeting all the requirements, IRCC will issue permanent residence visas for the applicant and his/her accompanying family members.

For applicants:

As of April 1, 2017, all applicants to SINP’s Express Entry and Occupation In-Demand streams will have to pay an application fee of $ 300 (CAD)

For employers:

The government of Saskatchewan does not charge any fees from employers; however, the government of Canada Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) require that employers who offer employment to foreign nationals to pay an Employer Compliance Fee of $230.00 for each foreign national.
