Firstly, a big big thank you for all your help with my Canadian PR application. I truly appreciate all your hard work for submitting my application and getting me the Canadian PR Visa!! I started this journey way back in October 2016 and once I was allotted my case manager in January 2017, the journey has been a cakewalk!  My case manager was very patient and kindly answered my numerous questions suitably always.

My case manager was a very meticulous person who knows the rules and procedures of the process very well. She was thorough in her work, made sure I filled all the documents correctly and cross-checked everything at every step. She would patiently call me almost every time reminding me if I had to complete procedures, fill forms, updating me with the list of documents etc. She kept updating me about the websites/applications as I sent the documents and info. I appreciate her suggestions at every turn and stage of my application process. I also suggest that she has great in-depth knowledge of this process at “her fingertips”.
