- An applicant’s age must be more than 21 years
- He/she must be a temporary foreign worker or an international graduate
- In case of the international graduate; he/she needs to show admission letter or fee receipt of his/her last attended full-time education or training program at any public, or vocational, post-secondary institution in Manitoba. (Note: language programs are not countable)
- In case of a temporary foreign worker, he/she must have a permanent, full-time job offer from his/her current Manitoba employer (minimum duration must be at least six months)
- He/she must have a work permit or post-graduation work permit
- He/she must have English or French proficiency to fulfil the duties of his/her job description
- He/she needs to demonstrate sufficient settlement funds, which is $10,000 CAD for the principal applicant and $2,000 CAD for each dependent applicant

Skilled Worker Overseas:
All skilled workers outside Canada whose profiles perform better on five eligibility factors including age, work experience, language ability, adaptability, and education. A minimum of 60 points is necessary to qualify for a skilled worker overseas stream.
Eligibility criteria:
- An applicant’s age must be more than 21 years
- He/she must have at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification
- He/she must possess at least two years of experience for a full-time paid permanent job in the past five years
- He/she must score a minimum score of 60 out of 100 points on the point’s assessment grid
- He/she needs to demonstrate an established connection to Manitoba through the support of friends or relatives, previous work experience or education in the province, or an Invitation to Apply issued by the MPNP
Business Immigration Stream:
All individuals who wish to settle in Manitoba and want to set or expand their business there can apply for provincial nomination program through business immigration stream. This stream also runs on the Expression of Interest (EOI) system. There are two pathways for this stream including, Farm Investor Pathway and Entrepreneur Pathway.
Farm Investor Pathway:

Entrepreneur Pathway:

Morden Community Driven Immigration Initiative (through MPNP):
Morden is a small city in Manitoba, having a population around 9,000 only. So all those candidates who are passionate to be a part of Canada (especially Morden) and have no other connections in Canada can apply through this program.
Eligibility criteria:
- An applicant’s age must be between 21 and 45 years
- He/she must possess at least two years of experience for the full-time paid permanent job in the past five years
- He/she must be ready to settle in Morden and able to contribute to its economy through his/her skills
- He/she must not possess any other connection to other parts of Canada
- He/she must score a minimum score of five in each band in language proficiency test
- He/she needs to demonstrate settle funds of around $10,000 for the Principal Applicant and $2,000 for each dependent
