Eligibility for Saskatchewan Existing Work Permit:
Job offer:
An applicant must have a permanent full-time job offer from any Saskatchewan employer along with a Job approval letter from SINP. Job must be in the National Occupation Classification as Skilled Type 0 (management jobs), A (professional jobs that usually call for a degree from a university) or B (technical jobs and skilled trades).
Work experience:
An applicant must have a valid work permit visa as well as have worked for more than six months with the employer providing the job before the application. Also, he/she must have a proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure if his or her occupation is regulated in Saskatchewan and needs compulsory certification or licensure
Language proficiency:
If the job offer is in NOC ‘C’ then, an applicant requires a minimum of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4; otherwise, for a job in NOC 0, A or B, there is no minimum language proficiency requirement
Eligibility for Semi-skilled Agriculture Worker with Existing Work Permit
Job offer:
An applicant must have a permanent full-time job offer from any Saskatchewan employer along with a Job approval letter from SINP. Job must be in the following National Occupation Classification occupations:
- NOC 8431 General farm workers
- NOC 8432 Nursery and greenhouse workers
Work experience:
An applicant must have worked for more than six months with the employer providing the job before the application. Also, the job position must be the same as stated in the job offer
Work permit:
An applicant must have a valid work permit visa for one of the following programs:
- A seasonal Agriculture worker program
- International Experience Canada
- A temporary foreign worker program
Language proficiency:
An applicant requires a minimum of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4 for the job in NOC skilled type C
Eligibility for Saskatchewan Health Professionals
Eligibility requirements for health professionals vary according to person’s occupations including physicians, nurses and other health care professionals.
Eligibility for Physicians Professionals:
Education:
An applicant must have a valid education equivalent to Canadian medical degree. Moreover, he/she must have a license from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CoPSS) for practising medicine in the province.
Work experience:
An applicant must have been working for a minimum of six months in Saskatchewan NOC 3111 or 3112 before applying to the program
Job offer:
An applicant must have a permanent full-time job offer from a Saskatchewan employer along with a Job approval letter from SINP. The job offer must be approved from the health institution in which he/she is working
Eligibility for Nurses Professionals:
Education:
An applicant must have a valid degree equivalent to Canadian Nursing degree. Moreover, he/she must have a license from Saskatchewan Association of Licensed Practical Nurses (SALPN), Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS) and Saskatchewan Registered Nurses’ Association (SRNA) for practising in the province.

An applicant must have completed at least a high school diploma or equivalent to the Canadian education system
Work experience:

Work experience:
An applicant must be working for a firm that is approved by SINP, for at least six months on a valid temporary work permit issued by IRCC and based on a positive Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) from Service Canada.
He/she must have current Saskatchewan class 1A driver’s licence.
Job offer:
He/she must have a full-time permanent employment offer from an approved trucking firm employer in Saskatchewan along with a valid SINP job approval Letter
Language proficiency:
An applicant must have scored at least Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) level 4 in all four linguistic abilities.
Eligibility for Students
Education:
An applicant must be graduated from a recognized post-secondary educational institution in Saskatchewan with a certificate, a diploma or a degree.
Work experience:
An applicant must have worked for a minimum of six months or 960 hours of paid employment in Saskatchewan. That work must include,

- Off-campus;
- Co-op terms;
