Express Entry Invites 183 PNP Candidates in a New Provincial Draw
Express Entry who receive a provincial nomination is invited for permanent residents.
Express Entry System, on March 17, invited 183 candidates with a CRS score of 682. The CRS score is high and, that is because, in the previous draw, everyone received a provincial nomination. If the candidate has the original score of 82 and, with provincial nomination received, they obtain 600 points making the new CRS score 682.
Today`s invitation was issued to candidates who had submitted their profile before March 4, 2021, at16:56:20 UTC, to avoid the tie-break rule. The previous PNP draw on March 8 invited 671 candidates.
So far, in 2021, the total number of invitations issued by Canada is 38,840. It is three times greater than the previous draw in 202o at this time. Canada is willing to fulfil its promise to invite 410,000 immigrants as part of the Immigration Levels Plan 2021-2023. The most allocation of applicants will come through the Express Entry Program.
Most of these immigrants came from February 13 draw when Canada invited 27,332 ITA with a low CRS score of at least 75. The Express Entry candidates were eligible for the CEC- Canadian Experience Class for the provincial nomination.
Express Entry remains the flagship of Canada Immigration for permanent residency.
Who is invited? – A hypothetical example.
Kiran is a 32 who has been working as a Software engineer for five years. She has also completed her master`s degree and gave her IELTS exam in which she got CLB 8 in the four segments. She entered the FSWP with a CRS score of 462 and also got her points of 600. The new score is 1062. She definitely can apply for the draw.
