On February 20, 2019, the Government of Canada has issued invites to 3,350 aspirants to apply for Canada PR visa in the Express Entry Draw. So, the candidates who qualified the minimum CRS score eligibility, however, did not enter their profiles in the Express entry pool before the selected time and date would not receive an ITA in the invitation round.
